Its manufacturing efficiency is high, and its cost performance for mass production is also high.

However, cold forging requires high-level know-how for mold designing and production, etc. Marui Industries emphasized cold forging earlier than other companies, and has researched and developed this technique since the early years of the inauguration of business.

Based on such efforts, approximately 70% of the products of Marui Industries are manufactured from cold forging materials, most of which are produced by Maruei Miyazaki Co., Ltd. (Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan) of the Maruei Group.
